Items |
Items are the discrete, quantifiable units that specify the scope of what needs to be done on a matter. An item has a rate, a unit of measure (i.e. Hour, day) and a type (ie fixed, variable, capped) which determine its behaviour on the work order. |

An identified group of people with the responsibility to deal with a specific set of Matters. Grouping may be by Panel Type or functionality (e.g. Accounts). Only members of a workgroup will have access to matters, orders or invoices that have been assigned to that workgroup. The user can be associated to one or more workgroups. |
