KPI: Ensure your statistics are the best they can be and submit a request for reversal if a KPI breach resulted from the CSP’s inaction
During the life cycle of a matter in the LPG, several tasks need to be carried out by the Legal Service Provider as well as the Claims Service Provider.
The LP must present all of the required documentation in the time frame set out by the CSP.
If a breach has occurred from the CSP’s inaction, you can submit a request for KPI reversal.
Email: legalproviders@icare.nsw.gov.au and CC in support@legalpanelgateway.com.au Include the following details:
1. Ensure the subject line of the email is: KPI Reversal: Legal Provider Name, B Order reference number.
Please include the reason for the breach in your email.

2. B Order reference number
3. KPI type
4. Matter Number
5. Reason for breach
