Welcome

LPG, or the Legal Panel Gateway, is a portal for Clients and Legal Service Providers to collaborate on Matter Management. LPG allows all of a Matter’s information to be stored and accessible in a single place whilst guiding both parties through a standard life-cycle to streamline tasks and requirements and provide a common point to complete work together end to end.

Help Centre 

You are in the right place to start with the LPG. You can use the search bar in the LPG Help Centre home page to search for keywords, and all of our related guides appear. 

When you are using the LPG, you can raise a ticket if you have a question or request. Our support button is in the bottom right-hand corner of the LPG. 

When you click on the support button, a box expands so that you can fill in any details you have about your request. This will reach our support team immediately and we will do our best to resolve your request in a timely manner.

System administrators 

If you have any questions related to your user profile or your visibility, then the best bet is to contact your system administrator. If you are not sure of who your system administrator is then please reach out to us so we can advise.
