Once you upload your file and the LPG process is complete, you will see the status of your import. If the status shows "FAILED," the LPG will provide an option to download a reload file. This file is intended to assist you in resolving issues related to specific rows in your import. It is recommended to use the reload file instead of the original upload file, as it contains information about which rows failed.

Navigate to Interfaces -> Find Batch Jobs, then click Search.

Click View Batch Job on the failed Import.

Click Download Reload. If there are errors, this link will appear.

Open Reload File: The reload file will not include every row of your original import file; it will consist of only the rows that were unsuccessful. Each row will have highlighted cells that indicate why it wasn't processed.
