Why:	The User Details topic enables users to produce user reports

Overview

The User Details topic contains all relevant information about users.

This topic can be used to generate different types of reports to meet operational and analytical needs, putting the power in the hands out individual user to define their own requirements and then schedule these reports to be automatically processed and delivered.

At the simplest level, lists of users that satisfy user-defined criteria can be produced.

Cross tabs can also be defined that allow users to look at interactions of different variables (eg How many users and key persons are there in each workgroup)

Charts can provide a visual representation of results (eg How many key persons were registered in LPG)

Definition

Fields

The topic contains the following fields for inclusion in user defined reports

COLUMN NAME	DESCRIPTION
Active	Whether the user is Active or Not
Company	The company that the user belongs to
Email Address	The email address for the user
Key Person +	Whether the user has been identified as a key person
Last login	The last time the user logged into the LPG
LPG Roles	The LPG roles that have been assigned to the user
Phone Number	The contract phone number for the user
Reports To *	Who the user reports to in the user hierarchy
Title	The job title of the user
User Id	The LPG user id of the user
User Name	The full name of the user
Work groups	The resource/work groups that the user belongs to

Filters

The User Details topic contains all users in the LPG that belong to the company of the user running the report.

When using the topic to create an Ad Hoc view, users have the ability to restrict the data that will be retrieved via the following input controls (filters):

INPUT CONTROL	DESCRIPTION
Work group	Select one or more of the listed work groups – all users belonging to the selected work group will be included.
Roles	Select one or more of the listed roles – all users with these roles will be included.
Active	Select whether the users are active or not.

Note:

Where selection lists are presented to filter by, if no selections are made, the system will assume all available choices are required.
If multiple input criteria are selected, only Users satisfying all selections will be listed.
