Navigate to the Users drop-down menu and select My Contact Details.
From there, click on the Messaging Preferences tab
Scroll down until you see Advice of Attachments.
Check the boxes you require for Notes and Documents, then click Save
NOTE: If you do not have the ability to change your messaging preferences, this can be changed by your system administrator. You can find out more about messaging preferences in our guide Set your Personal Messaging Preferences
