Customising allows the user to rearrange and hide columns to enable them to view only what is of interest

After executing the search in My Work, the result table can be customised. |
Before you begin
- Use the My Work search to filter the Table as required. See topic My Work - Overview and Search for details
Procedure
1. Open My Work, fill in the search criteria then click the Submit(See topic My Work - Overview and Search.)
2. Select from the Results per page: drop down to choose how many rows appear in each page of the Table.
3. Use the page navigation buttons to navigate between pages when there are too many rows to fit on a single page.
4. To move a column left or right, click the arrow buttons on either side of the column heading.
In the example shown below, clicking the left arrow button will swap the Status column with the SLA column. Clicking the right arrow button will swap the Status column with the Work Type column.
5. To further filter the results table using a drop-down heading, select from the drop down list.
The Table is updated to only show matching work items. In the example above, the list has been filtered to only show Orders with Status “Requiring Attention”.
6. To filter the results table using a text heading, type part of the value in the heading then press TAB on the keyboard.
The Table is updated to only show matching work items. In the example above, by typing “OAK” in the Location heading the list has been filtered to only show Orders in the location “OAKLEIGH”.
To reset the table to the original search results, delete the text typed in the heading and press TAB on the keyboard. |
7. To hide a column from the table, click the hide button (cross) on the right side of the heading.
8. To reset all columns, click the Reset Columns
All hidden columns will be restored and all columns are reset to their original position in the table.
